THE LISTENER — THE CONSUMED WORLD
4.7.0 BETA — THE FALSE HOME
Minecraft Java 1.20.1 | Forge 47 | Java 17

THE LISTENER
- Added a 2.5-second attack preparation: bones crack and the body contorts
before the Listener can strike. A confirmed hit briefly distorts the
player's body and view. Existing wards and banishment still apply.
- Natural Listener encounters are less frequent. The existing configuration
remains available; test commands bypass the new random admission check.
- Forty existing Listener voice clips have been processed into darker,
lower, more unsettling voices while preserving their words and duration.

THE FALSE HOME
- Added a separate Overworld-like dimension containing a copy of your home.
Entering and leaving its door leads through four repetitions, ending in
a room of empty chests and a distorted double wearing your own skin.
- Red questions repeatedly ask "who are you?". Spoken questions accompany
the scene, your eyes close, and you return home with "who am I?" on screen.
- The encounter uses a nearby roofed home with an exterior wooden door and
a learned home position or Overworld bed. Natural encounters require
earlier visits to the flesh world and progression through strange events.
- Copied containers do not copy stored items. Inventory and return position
are recorded and restored, with recovery paths for logout, death and exit.

THE ASHEN GARDEN
- Added a long plant cavern ending in a large white-and-copper manor.
- New carnivorous plants and killing vines have their own models and attacks.
Their bites and pulls have warning animations and can be avoided.
- Enter the manor and leave: the cavern becomes a burned landscape with
dead vegetation and blue flames. Walk away from the house and a burning,
black silhouette with the player's body begins following you.
- When the shadow touches you, the cavern returns to its living state.
The root entrance can return you to the original world.
- A root arch in the Consumed World leads to this encounter. Its location
is near X 216, Z 206, close to the refuge, on compatible natural terrain.
The story runs in its own dimension; it does not burn the player's base.

CREATURES AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ENCOUNTERS
- Added the Repeater, an original wall predator with unfolding limbs.
It imitates a familiar voice after you have met Aureliano and reacts to noise.
- Added a rare black worm with one central eye. Its horizontal movement is
capped at 3.3 blocks per second, slightly slower than normal player walking.
- Giant flesh worms can now appear in suitable underground tunnel space.
- Added remembered household noises, a removable pulsing apparition,
the world holding its breath, and brief visual memories of consumed ruins.
- A recorded room from your real home can appear as a physical flesh copy,
with familiar furniture positions and an extra doorway. It uses empty
containers and is placed only in suitable loaded space.
- The heart's aftermath includes an uneasy silence and approaching knocks.
- These encounters are spaced apart and use context checks. The ruined
village memory is a temporary material illusion, not a new populated town.

THE WORM QUEEN — FIVE PHASES
- Health thresholds at 80%, 60%, 40% and 20% create five escalating stages.
- The crown splays, the jaw becomes asymmetric, the abdomen swells, and
the legs bend farther as the Queen grows to 130% of her first-phase size.
- Brood waves grow from six to ten larvae. The Queen remains shielded while
her tracked larvae live. Unloaded larvae do not count as dead.
- Vulnerable hunts increase from 12 to 18 seconds. Bites and charges become
more frequent, while the charge retains its directional warning.
- The existing nine-second death now ends in a swelling rupture: flesh,
bone fragments and blood particles burst outward, with fragments flying
toward nearby players and stains on organic arena surfaces.
- The gate and rewards wait until the end of the animation. The drops stay
unchanged: one Royal Fang, four diamonds and one netherite scrap.

SOUND AND CLASSIC TEXTURES
- Added fifteen original horror sound effects, including bone cracks,
breathing walls, strange worms, plant jaws, the burning shadow and rupture.
- The three Flesh Mother tracks and the Worm Queen track have darker added
layers. Their melodies, lengths and loops are preserved. The Mother's
death music is unchanged. The Queen uses one continuous battle track.
- New spoken scene lines are synthesized; Portuguese pronunciation is an
approximation. Existing narrative recordings are preserved.
- Added an optional classic-looking texture pack through the mod settings.
Twelve original 16x16 textures reinterpret common stone, wood, foliage,
grass and glass. The option starts disabled and preserves other packs.

Plants attack in the garden. The memory needs nearby consumed ruins. The
home copy needs a previously recorded home and suitable flesh-world space.
The Queen controls require a living Queen within 64 blocks.

VALIDATION AND COMPATIBILITY
- This remains a beta binary-adapter project based on the provided 3.2.1 JAR.
- Compiled with Java 17, audited for packaged classes/resources, checked
against native Minecraft descriptors, and exercised with encounter,
inventory, lifecycle, model, audio and command tests.
- A complete Forge playthrough and visual/audio review inside Minecraft
have not been performed. Automated checks do not replace gameplay testing.
- The previous campaign, ten-artery containment, Mother after the second
artery, boss rewards, navigation compass and lantern remain included.
- This is the Java edition update. No Bedrock port is included.
