THE LISTENER — THE CONSUMED WORLD
4.11.1 BETA — BROKEN LIGHT, CLOSED DOORS
Minecraft Java 1.20.1 | Forge 47 | Java 17

THE LISTENER
- Fixed an old additive eye layer that was rendering the Listener's entire
pale face at full brightness. Its skin now follows ordinary world lighting.
- Reworked the elongated face into a compact, sealed blind skull with a
recessed mouth. Reconnected the neck, waist and limb transitions and
reduced the harsh contrast between the head and body.
- Preserved the existing animated skeleton, blindness, hearing, pursuit,
crawling, transformations and bone-crack attack warning.
- Shared textures, the Burned Listener and other creatures remain unchanged.

THE LOOP HOUSE DOOR
- Fixed a client-side interaction guard that incorrectly canceled local
door interaction. Both halves now follow the normal client/server path.
This prevents an unintended second-hand retry from closing the door again.
- The server still enforces scene ownership, phase restrictions and the
final chest interaction. Players cannot use another player's scene.
- Existing loop scenes receive the corrected interaction behavior.

THE RUINED VILLAGE
- Fixed a generation failure while initializing the mine's closure sign.
Its text is now initialized without calling a live-world update method
before the new block entity has been attached to a world.
- This allows generation to finish and the locator to recognize the site.
The earlier terrain-selection fix remains in place.
- The locator can also recognize intact old sites interrupted at this exact
sign step, after checking the other chunks, authored blocks and sign text.
Recognition does not rebuild terrain or alter inventories.
- /ouvinte vila and /ouvinte mina remain the village and mine locators.
They search normally generated chunks and do not overwrite player builds.
