Nitwit 1.3.5 — Extreme Frame-Time Recovery

Changes
- Preserved Minecraft dependency range >=1.21 <=26.3 and Java >=21.
- Preserved nitwit.elytra.mixins.json, ElytraLandingMixin.class, and the existing version guard. The 1.21.1-specific landing injection was not removed; other game versions skip that version-sensitive injection.
- Reworked frame pressure response so any measured frame hitch of at least 250 ms enters emergency pressure level 3 immediately. Pressure still uses a smoothed frame-time signal for ordinary conditions.
- Slowed recovery to at least 360 good frames per pressure step to reduce quality toggling and repeated chunk-load bursts.
- Added a much lower emergency render-distance floor of 2 chunks at pressure level 3. The intermediate levels reduce render distance proportionally and retain slow step-down recovery.
- At pressure level 3, the local integrated-server simulation distance is reduced to 2. At level 2 it is reduced by roughly one third (with the configured floor). This does not control a remote server's world simulation.
- No new rendering mixins were added; the adaptive option changes use the existing reflective option bridge, aiming to avoid conflicts with Sodium or other renderers.

About performanceall.zip
- The supplied archive is a set of independent compiled mods, not a source repository. Many large components (C2ME, Lithium, ModernFix, FerriteCore, BadOptimizations, ImmediatelyFast, EntityCulling, StutterFix, and structure layout tools) explicitly target Minecraft 26.1/26.2 or require Java 25 and have their own mixins/dependencies. Embedding those binaries into one JAR would break the requested 1.21-to-26.3 compatibility promise and increase conflict risk.
- The archive's FixElytraBug component targets Minecraft 26.1+ and fixes starting Elytra flight in low ceilings; it is not a general high-ping rocket-momentum or TPS fix, so it is not represented as solving that separate issue.
- The supplied ElytraLandingMixin remains present exactly as in the base 1.3.4 jar, gated to the targeted Minecraft 1.21.1 build.

Limits and validation
- This is client-side adaptation. It can lower local rendering work when frame times spike, but it cannot make a remote Paper server tick at 20 TPS, eliminate ping, or override server-authoritative rocket momentum.
- Archive integrity, JSON validity, bytecode loading/verifier checks, severe-stall pressure behavior, and render/simulation target calculations were tested outside Minecraft.
- Live testing on an Android OPPO A3, Minecraft versions across the full declared range, and a real high-ping server was not available. Performance and cross-version/gameplay compatibility are therefore not guaranteed by these smoke tests.
