Nitwit 1.3.0 — Extreme Adaptive Stability

Changes:
- Fixed config normalization: adaptive render/simulation settings are no longer persisted as false on every load.
- Severe frame stalls up to 10 seconds are now retained; the old controller discarded every sample above 250 ms, including the worst hitch events.
- Multi-second frame stalls immediately request maximum pressure; sustained overload responds faster with a less heavily smoothed estimator.
- Reduced option update interval to one client tick while staggering the four settings across ticks.
- Increased render-distance reduction rate, lowered entity-distance scaling further under severe pressure, and raised adaptive sensitivity to heap occupancy.
- Uses 18 overload frames and 360 recovery frames for the persisted adaptive thresholds.

Limits: client-side changes cannot force remote server TPS, remove ping/packet delay, fix remote world-generation CPU load, or guarantee any specific FPS. A renderer optimization mod such as Sodium is still needed for renderer-level improvements. In-game testing is required.
