BAKERSCRAFT MEBAHEL REWARD OVERHAUL V3 — LOCAL TEST BUILD
Minecraft 1.21.1 | Mebahel RPG 3.5.2

INSTALL:
1. Back up your single-player test world.
2. Remove v1, v2, and v2.1 reward ZIPs from saves/<yourworld>/datapacks/.
3. Put THIS zip into saves/<yourworld>/datapacks/ (do not extract).
4. Reload the world, and run /datapack list enabled.
5. Refresh quests/generate NEW contracts before testing.

FIXES:
- Exactly ONE XP entry in each of the 42 reward tables.
- Every quest receives >=3 reward rolls (unless table has fewer entries; all currently have more).
- Mebahel draws weighted rewards WITHOUT replacement, so with just one XP entry
and >=2 rolls, every successful table yields AT LEAST ONE ITEM reward.
- XP values (including per-kill/per-item scaling) multiplied by 4 relative to v2.1.
- XP weight set to 160 to strongly favor XP as one of the selected rewards.
- Modded items and other weighted item rewards retained from v2.1.
- Spartan Weaponry not restored yet; v2.1's vanilla substitutes remain until
correct Spartan registry IDs are verified.

KNOWN LIMITS:
- The XP reward is very likely but not mathematically guaranteed: one XP entry
competes with item rewards. We guarantee at least one ITEM, not XP itself.
- Rare artifacts/hearts remain chances, not guaranteed.
- A failed-to-load reward table can still fall back to vanilla mod defaults.
- Some shared tables are used by multiple difficulty tiers; perfect 5-star
differentiation still requires special handling outside those tables.
- This is static validation of JSON and mod bytecode, NOT in-game tested.

CHECK logs/latest.log for 'references unavailable modded content' or
'Ignored unknown quest board reward item'.
