Mine Piece: New Era — 1.84.0
Forge 1.20.1 | Cumulative update based on 1.83.0
Build: NE-1840-ELBAPH-ALLIES

ELBAPH STRAW HATS
- Removed painted and modeled noses from the Elbaph crew except Franky and Usopp. Removed Chopper’s blue nose and Brook’s nose socket.
- Franky now uses the actual MinePiece Franky face texture, including his metallic nose. His Elbaph outfit, head attachment and rig remain. Usopp’s existing nose, skin, hair and clothes remain.
- Chopper is 50% larger than 1.83.0. Geometry, bone pivots, animation translations and physical hitbox grow together. His collision size is now 0.675 x 1.08 blocks.
- Zoro’s actual MinePiece Wado Ichimonji mouth sword socket is 1.2 model units higher (0.075 blocks). The item remains equipped in his native mouth/head slot.
- All ten Elbaph Straw Hats have empty hands. Unwanted cutlasses and other held equipment are cleared on spawn and on existing NPCs. Zoro’s mouth sword remains.
- All ten crew members are mutually allied, including relationships with the corresponding native Straw Hats. Target selection, retaliation, owned projectiles and area attacks obey this relationship.
- MinePiece’s native hit filter rejects friendly targets before knockback, status effects and damage. A Forge damage guard also protects against external friendly projectiles.
- Existing native fighting AI, Haki, resistance, health, outfits and animation tracks remain.

LOKI / NIDHOGG
- Added Ragnir to Loki’s protected allies. The relationship persists in Nidhogg form.
- Ragnir and Loki cannot select each other as combat targets or retaliate against each other. Multipart Nidhogg bodies resolve to their owner.
- Nidhogg beams and explosions skip Ragnir while retaining hostile targeting.

BAJRANG GATLING
- Four simultaneous giant fists per volley, approaching the locked enemy from distinct angles. Four volleys retain the existing total of sixteen fists.
- Flight is now 24–33 ticks (1.2–1.65 seconds), with a smooth approach from a more visible height. Previously the travel was eight ticks.
- Each fist remains at contact for twelve ticks (0.6 seconds), up from two ticks. The visual hold cannot cause repeat damage.
- Individual fist terrain blasts increase from strength 8 / radius 12 to strength 10.5 / radius 16. Entity attack damage, energy cost and cooldown remain unchanged.
- Terrain explosions use the existing immediate bounded explosion system. A brief retry window lets simultaneous fists receive their terrain impact without an unbounded explosion queue.
- mobGriefing and the mod’s explosionsBreakBlocks setting still protect terrain. Existing explosion work limits remain.
- Fists clean up after impact, loss of the owner/form, or an invalid locked target. Existing client spawn synchronization carries the updated flight timing.

VALIDATION
- 37,621 asset checks passed: native Franky face pixels, embedded textures, hierarchy, nose removals, Chopper scaling, native animation preservation, and the raised Zoro mouth attachment.
- Nine real Forge server checks passed across the final full run and its two follow-ups on the same production JAR: 90 ordered crew ally pairs, native AOE/projectiles, equipment and Haki, Chopper hitbox, Loki/Ragnir multipart targeting, Nidhogg beam and explosion, 16 multi-angle fists, spawn synchronization, contact timing, single-hit damage, cleanup, and stronger terrain destruction with gamerule protection.
- The final barrage test observed 16 contacts and eight simultaneous fists. Nidhogg damaged enemies while Ragnir took zero damage. Original test reports are bundled; the full run had two fixture failures that passed in follow-up. No defense bypass was introduced.
- Face preview images render the actual saved cuboids and textures; they are not Minecraft gameplay screenshots.
- A graphical Minecraft client and a two-client multiplayer session were not playtested.

INSTALL
Replace the old New Era JAR with this cumulative JAR on both client and server. Keep only one New Era JAR installed. Existing MinePiece, GeckoLib, Kleiders Custom Renderer and PlayerAnimator dependencies are still required.
Use /newerabuild in-game to verify NE-1840-ELBAPH-ALLIES.
