Nitwit 1.2.7 — Stability Plus

Changes
- Broadened declared Minecraft support to Fabric 1.21–26.3 and lowered the mod metadata Java floor to 21; each Minecraft version still needs a matching Fabric Loader/API and the Java runtime required by the game.
- Smoothed frame-pressure EMA from 88/12 to 92/8, reducing the influence of single-frame spikes.
- Raised the severe-spike score threshold from 10 to 12 and slightly lengthened rapid-escalation cooldown.
- Increased overload dwell default from 90 to 120 frames and recovery dwell from 900 to 1200 frames.
- Keeps automatic render-distance and simulation-distance changes disabled. Entity-distance and particle adaptation remain available.
- Keeps the verified PNG icon at assets/nitwit/icon.png and its matching fabric.mod.json declaration.

Validation performed
- Verified archive integrity and JSON metadata.
- Verified all class files remain valid Java 21 class files and the icon is a valid 256×256 PNG.
- Patched exact known bytecode sites and preserved classfile layout.
- This build environment does not run a full Minecraft client/server, so compatibility and FPS/TPS gains require in-game testing on each target version.

Limitations
- Not a replacement for Sodium’s renderer optimizations and cannot guarantee a specific FPS.
- Cannot eliminate remote-server TPS delay, ping, input delay from network/server stalls, or CPU/GPU limitations from arbitrary heavy mods/world generation.
