JujutsuTraits 1.5.5 - trait ownership, advancement and Alm spin repair

Changes
- Removed automatic trait rerolls from generic CT/secondary-CT changes and
JujutsuCraft respawn/item flags. Unrelated items cannot roll traits through
those paths. Removed the corresponding incidental companion-reset hook.
- Alm normal and guaranteed orb requests roll traits exactly once, after the
server validates and consumes the orb. Trait bits, effects and advancements
update together and are broadcast to the player and observers.
- Granting a trait advancement grants its trait; revoking it removes the trait
and effect. Trait items grant the corresponding advancement immediately.
- One-time login migration preserves existing owned traits and removes old
advancements for traits the player does not actually own.
- Blessed's configured Black Flash chain reward grants its advancement, using
the same ownership path. It remains a deliberate progression reward.
- Animation confirmation acknowledges the existing server result rather than
reapplying the CT, rerolling traits, or duplicating items/history. Mismatching,
expired and repeated confirmations do not grant anything.
- The CT-obtained chat message includes Traits received (or None).
- Spin history records the server's trait result immediately when the roll is
applied, even if the animation is closed. The result is stored in Alm's own
history data and sent through its existing history packet. History rows show
trait information; hover a long entry to read all trait names.
- Existing historical spins are unchanged: missing trait outcomes cannot be
  reliably reconstructed after the fact.
- Spin banners consult synced trait ownership rather than unrelated effects.

Install this JAR on both client and server, replacing the previous Traits JAR.
JAR release version remains 1.5.5. Existing grade-stat and editor changes in the
latest user-provided JAR are preserved.

Validation environment: Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge 47.4.0, supplied JujutsuCraft
50.1 and JujutsuAlm 1.0.0.99. Dedicated-server tests exercise real advancement
award/revoke and normal/guaranteed orb request and confirmation handlers.
The client history tooltip was code checked; no live rendered-client test was
available. Full Rebalanced runtime was not tested (AlmirionCore unavailable).
