MINE PIECE: NEW ERA 1.82.0 — COMBAT & FENRIR
Build: NE-1820-COMBAT-FENRIR

Cumulative update to 1.81.1. Includes the earlier merged New Era content,
Moon Breaker Charge and Elder performance changes.

COMBAT BALANCE
• Garp and Old Garp deal 40% less source damage. Individual hits are capped at
80 before vanilla armor/resistance, or 100 for a marked Galaxy impact.
Existing per-wave hit protection remains. Elbaph Luffy's health is unchanged.
• Galaxy keeps its enormous footprint. Square galaxy artwork now keeps its
aspect ratio, the background crops to fit, stars face the camera, and the
texture render path uses linear filtering for smoother edges.
• Kid's magnetic attacks deal more damage and use MinePiece's native combat
damage procedure. He also pursues, attacks and animates with MinePiece combat
between magnetic moves; casting and mounted attacks retain control.
• Elbaph Luffy, Joyboy and native Wano Luffy can repeatedly select Giant Step
and Dawn Cymbal. Landing and animation reservations prevent other attacks
  from permanently starving these moves.
• Updated player Fenrir/Kid fruit attacks scale with bounty. The reference tier
is 3 billion berries; the multiplier is bounded at 0.55–1.15. Moon Breaker's
original maximum damage is retained. This does not rebalance unrelated moves.

FENRIR MOVES
• Eclipse Howl: hold the technique key for 3 seconds in full wolf form to release
a Conqueror's Haki burst. Releasing early cancels the burst and retains the
cooldown. Base burst: 32 damage in a 15-block radius.
• Devouring Pounce: crouch, leap forward toward the opponent, connect using the
  moving mouth hitbox and bite. Base contact/bite stages: 22 + 18 damage;
the follow-up requires the victim to remain within reach.
• Fenrir's Storm: lightning strikes every 6 ticks, with larger ground impacts
and a final discharge. Per-target cast budgets prevent overlapping strikes
from creating unlimited damage. Terrain destruction obeys the existing
destruction settings and mobGriefing, with shared work limits.
• Gleipnir Shatter: 30 actual energy, 25-second cooldown. Break movement
restraints, roar and shatter glowing bindings into 30 animated fragments.
Deal 20 base damage within 10 blocks with strong knockback. For 9 seconds,
gain +30% movement speed, +20% melee damage and +15% attack speed, including
faster actual wolf melee timing. Golden runes, cracks, partial broken
bindings, brighter eyes and a black/red/gold aura show the unbound state.
• Ragnarok: Devour the Sun: 50 actual energy, 60-second cooldown. Summon a true
3D black sun with a crimson-orange corona, darken nearby sky/fog, absorb solar
energy and rush into a spectral-jaw bite followed by a 13-block detonation.
Direct stages: 20 ram + 35 bite + 30 blast, maximum 85 base total. Secondary
enemies take the blast once. Boss damage is additionally limited to 25% of
maximum health, subject to the configured cap.
• Garling can use Shatter to escape restraints or begin an aggressive sequence.
He reserves Devour the Sun for low health, powerful foes or being surrounded.
Moves use individual cooldowns and energy rather than one-time fight flags.
• Moon Breaker remains 180 actual energy, 20-second cooldown, 20-block range,
50–65 direct damage and 10–15 surrounding damage with bounded steering.

Damage numbers above are base values. Bounty scaling and native MinePiece Haki,
armor, resistance, invulnerability and defensive abilities still apply. They
are not guaranteed health loss against defended bosses.

PERFORMANCE & MODELS
• Keep the five-Elder local-navigation fix, shared steering/terrain budgets,
full giant hitboxes and GPU upload limits from 1.81.1.
• Sun and chain fragments use temporary rendered meshes and animation tracks,
not fields of placed blocks or individual fragment entities. Visible sun,
Shatter and Howl effects are capped per view.
• Updated wolf Blockbench project plus separate editable sun and Shatter
projects include embedded textures and animations. The Moon Breaker moon
  project is unchanged.

INSTALLATION
Replace the old New Era JAR with this single cumulative JAR on both client and
server. Keep MinePiece 15, GeckoLib, Kleiders Custom Renderer and PlayerAnimator
installed for Minecraft 1.20.1 / Forge 47.x. Client and server must both use
1.82.0 because the held-technique network protocol changed. Do not load two
New Era versions together. Existing energy configuration values are retained;
new literal-energy keys are added for Shatter and Devour the Sun.

VALIDATION SCOPE
See the embedded 1.82.0 verification report for actual Forge combat results,
asset checks, five-Elder timings and offscreen shader validation. Minecraft
client gameplay visuals and client FPS have not been playtested here. The
preview is rendered from the exported cuboids and keyframes.
