Mine Piece: New Era 1.83.0 — Wind of the Revolutionary
Forge 1.20.1 • cumulative update from 1.82.0 • NE-1830-WIND-DRAGON

INSTALLATION
Replace the previous New Era / Demonic Legends JAR with this single cumulative
JAR on both client and server. Keep MinePiece 15, Forge 47.3.7, GeckoLib,
Kleiders Custom Renderer and PlayerAnimator installed. Do not run two New Era
or Demonic Legends versions together. Existing content and registries are kept.

MONKEY D. DRAGON / KAZE KAZE NO MI
The existing Monkey D. Dragon NPC now directly owns the Wind-Wind Logia.
His character model, texture, native stats, health, Haki and defensive systems
remain in use. His old native fire-special selection is replaced with wind
specials; normal MinePiece melee, movement and defensive behavior remain.
There is no Rasenshuriken in this fruit's abilities, selector or models.

Player fruit: demoniclegends:kaze_kaze_no_mi
Available in the New Era creative tab and the native devil-fruit loot table.
Uses actual MinePiece fruit consumption, fruit mode, selector and energy.
C: fruit ability mode. R: cycle techniques. Z: use selected technique.
N: toggle Storm Incarnate awakening; also available as selector slot 14.
With Spirit of Zephyr active, attack to swing the wind sword. Hold Z on the
Zephyr slot for at least one second, then release to fire a vertical wind slash.
Awakening flight uses the existing MinePiece flight integration and restores
previous flight settings when it ends.

Wind technique Energy Cooldown Base damage / active time
Gale Step 45 5 s 10; smooth 15-block dash
Wind Scythe Barrage 85 8 s five blades, 35 total cap
Vacuum Fang 100 10 s 40; 30-block piercing blade
Sky Dragon Roar 135 13 s 55 total; 2-second mouth beam
Hurricane Grasp 150 18 s 45 total; 5-second tornado
Spirit of Zephyr 150+7/s 30 s sword, maximum 20 seconds
Wind Scar 170 18 s 70 total across three rifts
Storm Dragon 190 22 s 75 total; animated wind dragon
Atmospheric Collapse 180 20 s 60; pressure-field detonation
Tempest Reversal 145 22 s up to 70; 1.2-second counter
Spirit Storm 260 30 s 100 total; 4-second wind beam
Tempest Dominion 240 40 s 12-second, 20-block wind domain
World-End Hurricane 380 55 s 140 total; 3-second charge
Storm Incarnate 210+10/s 45 s awakening, maximum 20 seconds

These costs are scaled from a 1,000-energy reference to the player's actual
MinePiece maximum. Zephyr and awakening cooldowns begin when they end.
Unlocks progress from Gale Step at zero bounty to the ultimate and awakening
at 3 billion berries. Damage numbers are budgets before native defenses;
Haki, resistance, guard, perfect guard and bounty scaling still apply. Repeated
hits and giant hitboxes cannot multiply a technique past its intended budget.

Dragon chooses from eligible moves using contextual random weights and recent
attack history. He checks range, sight, cooldowns and real available energy.
Wind Scar needs a sword stance. Reversal needs an approaching counterable
projectile. Groups favor crowd attacks; difficult encounters allow awakening,
domain and ultimates. He can reserve energy for costly attacks while continuing
normal combat, rather than spending every recharge on the cheapest move.
He lands between short aerial repositioning windows and uses a native sword
item during Zephyr. The sword loan restores his previous held item cleanly.

NEW WIND ASSETS
Sixteen editable cuboid Blockbench projects include the fruit, cutting blades,
beams, a layered 14-block tornado, 3-block Zephyr sword, animated 18-block wind
dragon, pressure sphere, shield, six rings, 40-block-wide dome, five converging
20-block tornadoes, shoulder rings and awakened eyes. Native humanoid wind
animation clips are added without replacing unrelated clips or Dragon's model.
These effects use shared meshes and bounded logical projectiles, not hundreds
of new entities or placed debris blocks. Wind terrain damage is configurable
in mine-piece-new-era-wind.toml and also respects the shared terrain settings
and mobGriefing. The large-storm limit defaults to three per dimension.

OTHER REQUESTED CHANGES
• Galaxy Impact's background galaxy is 50% smaller in both dimensions. Its
original aspect ratio and foreground impact size are preserved.
• Ragnir sneak-right-click cycles Defensive, Aggressive and Passive. Duplicate
Minecraft interaction events no longer immediately cycle the mode back.
Passive clears and rejects combat targets and prevents owned attack damage.
• Summoned Cerberus follows its player or NPC summoner when idle. A priority
follow goal prevents ordinary wandering from stranding it in one place.
Removed conflicting movement timers that could otherwise strand some summons.
• Cerberus's thrown head damage increases from 26 to a bounded 40.
• Full Fenrir transformation is immediate, with no rising/morphing sequence.
The wolf mesh, pivots, sockets, animations, collision dimensions and camera
are uniformly 20% larger; original wolf UVs and texture details are kept.
• Ragnarok: Devour the Sun is now a huge explosive mouth beam. Hold the input
for up to five active seconds after its brief wind-up. It deals four base
damage per pulse, five pulses per second, for a maximum of 100 per target.
Release stops the beam. Solid obstacles clip its damage ray. Bounded blasts
affect impacts, ground below the beam and terrain beneath Fenrir when enabled.
• Eclipse Howl keeps the three-second hold and adds branching black/red
Conqueror lightning, an original wolf howl and restrained camera shake.
Its damaging burst knocks out significantly weaker Marines, Pirates and
Bandits using MinePiece stun. Allies and high-tier bosses retain defenses.
• Elbaph and Onigashima Luffy retain combat progression across temporary native
gear changes. A bounded special-attack reservation prevents ordinary skills
from starving Giant Step and Dawn Cymbal. Giant Step no longer freezes enemy
AI/guard timers. Dawn Cymbal controls the caster's movement during its wind-up
and uses a shorter, adaptive NPC hold while preserving player charge controls.

The previous Garp/Kid balance changes, Fenrir Moon Breaker and Gleipnir Shatter,
Straw Hats, Imu, weapons, fruits and five-Elder performance work remain included.

VALIDATION AND LIMITS
48 regression tests passed. After the final sword-AI priority change, all 18
wind/player-resource/boss/companion follow-up tests passed. The follow-up checks
record full Wind Scar activation and Cerberus pursuit across all four movement
timer phases. Across two sustained AI campaigns, all 13 wind abilities were
actually selected. The report identifies the exact production changes and runs.

The release embeds the actual Forge GameTest results and verification report.
Tests use real MinePiece entities/procedures/capabilities in an isolated world.
The live Luffy duels keep both AIs active and record damage events for both
specials; health replenishment keeps the encounter running long enough to test
recurrence. Model verification checks geometry, UVs, rig scaling and animation
tracks. Offscreen OpenGL verification exercises the shipped batching shader.
A graphical Minecraft client playtest and client FPS measurement have not been
performed here. Geometry previews are renders of the exported models, not
in-game screenshots. Results are evidence for the tested setup, not a universal
modpack performance guarantee. See the embedded report for exact results.
