Mine Piece: New Era 1.69.0 (Forge 1.20.1)

- Both Gear Five Luffys now jump ten blocks during the giant throw charge-up, keeping the three-second arm spin.
- Luffy throws from the air, lands ten ticks later, and the enemy continues falling until the impact twelve ticks after Luffy lands.
- The throw keeps its ten-block forward landing, larger power-7/radius-10 terrain explosion, approximately 40 health damage against Four Emperors Shanks and fifteen-second cooldown.
- Added Giant Step to Elbaph and Onigashima Luffy in Gear Five: five rapid foot stomps, four ticks apart, on one enemy.
- Giant Step grows Luffy fivefold, aligns the existing rubber leg with the target, restores his normal size, and has its own fifteen-second cooldown. Both giant moves are selected by combat AI.
- Giant Step deals five native physical hits at 60 raw each (about 45.6 total health for Onigashima, 47.88 for Elbaph against normal Emperor Shanks defenses). Only the fifth stomp creates one small terrain-only crater explosion.
- Covenant regeneration at every level (1–4) recovers after two real minutes without another genuine Infusion hit, including time spent logged out.
- Fixed suppression migration recreating a timer from old tick/health locks. Expired or invalid saves clear the suppression deadline, health ceiling and suppressed-power cooldown.
- A new actual Infusion hit restarts the two-minute window; ordinary damage, canceled hits, nearby infused enemies, self infusion, polling, relogging and dimension changes do not.
- Optional supported Void Century infusion callbacks now use the same finite recovery timer instead of retaining a second suppression state. Sea weakness remains separate.
- Earlier model, accessory, combat and performance fixes are preserved. No new runtime mod dependencies.

Validation: production move controllers, real Forge events and NBT with explicit engine boundaries; native damage formulas; all covenant ranks on players and NPCs, expiry/repeated hits/reload/dimension/clock/save repair; actual GeckoLib palm and sole matrices; native Minecraft/Forge and MinePiece 14/15 bindings; earlier Kraken/Bajrang regressions. Rendered GIFs use the production controller/models with illustrative terrain effects.
No live Minecraft client playtest was performed.
