Private Ward

Patient arrived conscious following an Internal Defibrillator discharge.

Cause of death was initially determined to be catastrophic blunt-force trauma sustained during a freight-lift collapse. The Internal Defibrillator activated as designed and restored cardiac rhythm after a recorded interval of eleven seconds.

However, resuscitation was accompanied by the following complications:

1. Severe post-revival muscle seizure
2. Temporary blindness
3. Memory discontinuity spanning approximately four hours
4. Acute panic response
5. Repeated insistence that the patient “heard someone else wake up first”

The Internal Battery was critically depleted. The installed ICE Defence Protocol recorded no hostile network activity.

No anomalous signal was found.

Recommendation: Do not characterize internal revival systems as “extra lives” in public-facing materials. Patients may interpret this phrase literally and engage in avoidable risk-taking behavior.
