UNEMPLOYED SMP LOOT BALANCE v1.3.5

CHANGES FROM v1.3.4
- T4 Simply Swords curated unique custom chance: 2% per managed T4 chest.
- T4 Fantasy Armor custom chance: 2% per managed T4 chest.
- T3 remains 0.25% + 0.25%, independently.
- T1/T2 keep native Simply Swords behavior; custom Fantasy Armor remains 0.05%.
- Butchery corpse/skeleton/body-named items from the supplied item registry are excluded from custom bonus pools.
- Useful Butchery foods/materials are not globally blacklisted.
- Native/mod-authored loot remains additive/preserved rather than replaced.
- The existing 438 managed chest tables retain the v1.3.4 difficulty/role audit and one-integration-per-table architecture.
- Added a full current loot-table coverage audit. Unmanaged authored/progression namespaces are marked PRESERVED; other unmanaged chest tables are marked REVIEW rather than being blindly injected.
- Removed obsolete historical audit CSVs from the release ZIP to reduce clutter.

COVERAGE SNAPSHOT
Current chest-style loot tables in supplied dump: 649
Managed by tier system: 438
Unmanaged authored/progression tables deliberately preserved: 123
Other unmanaged tables flagged for review: 88

WHY REVIEW EXISTS
The loot table dump alone does not prove that every `chests/` table belongs to a generated structure or reveal its actual encounter difficulty. v1.3.5 therefore does not silently assign uncertain tables to tiers. This avoids damaging mod-authored progression/thematic loot.

TESTING
Use fresh/newly generated structures and unopened Lootr containers.
