UNEMPLOYED SMP LOOT BALANCE v1.3.4

CORE BEHAVIOUR
- Native structure loot tables are NOT replaced. Loot Integrations adds a controlled themed supplement.
- One Loot Integrations entry is used per managed chest table, reducing the stacked integrations used by v1.3.3.
- T1/T2/T3/T4 reward pools are cumulative so difficult structures still contain useful lower-tier filler and variety.
- Existing curated v1.3 high-tier whitelists remain the basis of T3/T4 rewards.
- Decorative/junk-heavy broad registry matching was not reintroduced.

EXCEPTIONAL RATES
- T1: native Simply Swords system only; Fantasy Armor 0.05% custom chance.
- T2: native Simply Swords system only; Fantasy Armor 0.05% custom chance.
- T3: Simply Swords unique 0.25%; Fantasy Armor 0.25%, independent.
- T4: Simply Swords unique 1%; Fantasy Armor 1%, independent.
- Exceptional pools are embedded inside the normal role/tier table. There are no separate exceptional Loot Integrations.
- Old guarantee/jackpot/filler wrapper files are removed.
