Mine Piece: New Era 1.63.0 - Forge 1.20.1

Onigashima and Elbaph Luffy Gear 4
- Routed native Onigashima Luffy through the same standalone NPC controller as Elbaph Luffy instead of the older Gear-5-only AI path.
- Both progress through Gear 2, Gear 3, Gear 4 Bounceman, Gear 4 Snakeman and Gear 5 during combat. Gear changes no longer wait indefinitely on stale native attack counters or skip Gear 4 at low health.
- Bounceman uses Kong Gun, Kong Organ and Leap. Snakeman uses Python, Jet Culverin, Black Mamba and Leap. The imported attack entities now accept both NPC owners.
- Added native-client form synchronization through the NPC's existing synchronized texture state, animation-cache refresh and Gear 4 collision/eye heights. Existing Elbaph form synchronization and saved identity remain supported.
- Gear 4 transformations retain the bundled YouPiece-derived models and existing native combat animations. No YouPiece or HakMinePiece dependency was added.

Rubber lightning immunity
- All native Luffy variants, Elbaph Luffy, Joyboy, named Luffy variants and Gum-Gum fruit players reject electric hits.
- Native MinePiece electric targeting and Effect 11 are blocked before damage, stun and knockback. Forge damage and vanilla lightning ignition are also blocked.
- Covers Enel and Big Mom/Zeus lightning, Loki's Thor Bullet and lightning barrage, and Nidhogg lightning beams. Physical melee and fire remain effective.

Joyboy damage
- Increased the existing outgoing damage by a further 50%. The earlier 1.25 multiplier becomes 1.875; an attack previously dealing 125 now deals 187.5 before subsequent defenses.
- Resolves indirect and nested projectile ownership, applies the bonus once per event and safely terminates cyclic owner tags.

Bajrang Gatling performance
- Coalesces nearby terrain explosion passes at nine-tick intervals. A stationary sixteen-hit barrage performs six terrain passes instead of sixteen.
- Keeps all sixteen native damage strikes and every Conqueror's Haki impact.
- Uses one cached opaque mesh pass instead of rebuilding and drawing the fist plus a second glowing mesh pass. The existing painted fist texture remains; impact Haki lightning remains separate.
- Retains the 4x fist scale, visible synchronized flight, spaced approach lanes, contact lifetime, energy cost and ten-second cooldown from 1.62.0.

Kraken Gatling fists
- Replaced the featureless dark primitive fists with the detailed coated-fist mesh: palm, four curled fingers, thumb and outlined knuckles, with 312 textured faces.
- Packs the mesh once and renders cached per-arm poses with a CPU fallback for shader packs. Uses bright material lighting so the black coating remains readable.
- Retains the wider arm spacing, slower timing and 70% damage reduction.

Elbaph Luffy Gear 5 appearance
- Restored the accessory layer in Gear 5. Horns, straw hat and axe use their original colored texture and existing head/back attachment bones.
- Preserved the white form's body, Gear 5 animation set and wheel legs.

Verification
- Both actual NPC AI hook handlers completed full progression and used both Gear 4 move sets in focused production-code tests with explicit world, registry and imported-effect boundaries.
- Lightning targeting, direct effect, damage and ignition hooks; non-electric attacks; synchronized models and bounds; damage scaling; cyclic ownership; and terrain pass reduction were checked.
- Native GeckoLib baked both 102-cube Gear 4 models. All 13,524 accessory vertices bind to Gear 5 bones, and the detailed Kraken fist retains 312 valid textured faces.
- Native member and bytecode checks passed, and exact Mixin target signatures were verified for MinePiece 14 and 15.
- No live Minecraft/full-modpack playtest or measured FPS benchmark was run.

Install
Replace the old New Era JAR on both client and server. Keep one New Era JAR installed and retain MinePiece and GeckoLib. Newly spawned Luffy NPCs begin their normal combat progression; NPCs already in Gear 5 retain that form.
