MOLLYANNA 1.4.3 — Minecraft 1.20.1 / Forge

Replace the old Mollyanna jar on BOTH client and server. Keep JujutsuCraft ver50.1 (internal version 50), GeckoLib and Player Animator installed. JujutsuSlop is not required. This version uses a new network protocol and must match on both sides.

Player technique: Mollyanna ID 10019. Original Naoya ID 19 remains separate.
  /mollyanna equip
  /give @s mollyanna:mollyanna_technique
/mollyanna naoya (return to original Naoya)

Moves, selected and cast with JujutsuCraft's normal controls:
  Attack
  Knockback Attack
  Barrage
  Projection Sorcery
  Top Speed Punch
  Airfreeze
  Time Cell Moon Palace
The technique selector contains these seven moves. Domain cancellation is also available while a domain is active.

Maximum Speed:
Momentum is automatically full; no buildup required.
B toggles Maximum Speed on/off, including indoors.
No time limit, idle timeout or Maximum Speed upkeep CE drain.
Individual technique casts retain their normal CE costs and cooldowns.
Normal technique restrictions (burnout/amplification), death, dimension changes and switching away from Mollyanna can still stop Maximum Speed.
Left click during Maximum Speed: grab/swing/throw.
Right click during Maximum Speed: strike.
E during Maximum Speed: Airfreeze shortcut.
Momentum and Maximum Speed timer HUDs removed.

Removed from Mollyanna:
  Setting Counters (automatic dodge/counter upgrade)
Left Alt dodge, its key registration and dodge HUD
  Frame Step
Alternate Projection Sorcery (the route/camera replacement)
Standard Projection Sorcery remains. Airfreeze's own frame mechanics remain.

Frame Dashing:
Recharges five air-jump charges while grounded, without requiring special-grade or another trait.
Jump again in the air to use it; hold a movement direction for a directional air dash.
Projection frame trails are retained. Frame Reprisal is retained.

NPC from 1.1.0 retained:
  /give @s mollyanna:mollyanna_spawn_egg
  /summon mollyanna:mollyanna ~ ~ ~
Egg appears in the Creative Spawn Eggs tab. NPC has native Naoya AI and an NPC-specific dash/grab/throw, with 900 HP. Its AI is separate from the player's toggle/input handling.
Skin is a bundled snapshot of Minecraft Java player Mollyanna, fetched from Mojang on 2026-10-13, UUID 4dda0f7f-73d3-4764-86dd-c7d510808d6c. No skin-service connection is needed during play.

Validation: dedicated Forge server tests for selection/names, continuous speed, toggling, disabled abilities, Frame Dashing charge/movement/trail, NPC spawn/save-load and both player/NPC throws. Graphical client rendering has not been play-tested. See VALIDATION.txt.

Credits: projection code and effects extracted from Jujutsu Slop by stovetopToad; standalone integration and requested customization for Albin. JujutsuCraft is not bundled.

1.3.0 — NPC Maximum Speed
The Mollyanna NPC from the spawn egg has full momentum and automatically activates Maximum Speed in combat. It gains a non-stacking movement-speed multiplier and rapid pursuit bursts. There is no duration limit or energy upkeep. It exits after losing its target for two seconds, when AI is disabled, or during technique burnout/amplification. A temporary projection freeze pauses actions without resetting the mode.
Observers see blue/cyan Mollyanna-skin afterimages layered with the rework's holographic film texture, an activation shockwave, and a throw streak. Entity data synchronizes the mode to clients, including new observers. The NPC does not apply first-person camera effects to observers.
This is an NPC adaptation; player-only input handlers are not run on the mob. The 1.2.0 player CT changes and NPC skin/egg remain. Replace the old jar on both client and server; network versions must match.
Visual rendering is compiled but not graphically play-tested in this environment.

1.4.0 — Correct moves, isolated visuals, Ryomen Sukuna stats
Mollyanna now owns its move-selection cycle: Projection Sorcery (5), Top Speed Punch (7), Airfreeze (10), Time Cell Moon Palace (20). Both selection directions and the normal cast key are tested. Inverse and Antithesis are not in this list; stale selections are repaired automatically. Stored technique ID remains 10019; execution dispatch uses native Naoya skill IDs 1905/1907/1910/1920.

New projection holograms and cached afterimages are gated to active Mollyanna players. Original Naoya (19) falls through to JujutsuCraft's original projection renderer. Missing or switched owners clear the hologram flag.

NPC stats match the spawned Ryomen Sukuna (sukuna_perfect) from JujutsuCraft 50.1: 900 health, 30 armor, 20 armor toughness, 7 base attack damage, 200 follow range, 0.3 base movement speed, 0.5 knockback resistance, 0.5 attack knockback. Permanent combat bonuses are Strength amplifier 35 and Resistance amplifier 3. Temporary stronger effects are preserved. Mollyanna retains its Maximum Speed multiplier and Naoya-based AI; it does not receive Sukuna's technique. Existing NPCs upgrade on their next AI tick, preserving health percentage.

Install: close Minecraft, remove the previous Mollyanna jar, and install this jar on both client and server. Keep only one Mollyanna version. No JujutsuSlop installation is required. Use /mollyanna equip if the player is not already using the Mollyanna CT.

Verification for this release: dedicated Forge 47.4.0 server using the supplied JujutsuCraft 50.1; forward/backward selection, all four native cast IDs, stale-selection repair, normal-Naoya hologram opt-out, spawned NPC stat parity, Strength/Resistance, continuous speed and save/load. Client bytecode dataflow checked. Graphical client rendering is not play-tested; see VALIDATION-1.4.0.txt.

1.4.1 — Jujutsu Rebalanced / JJSK compatibility
The old Mollyanna ID 119 collides with JJSK's Inverse technique, which Rebalanced registers with Inverse and Antithesis. Mollyanna now stores ID 10019, outside the supplied mods' registered CT range. Native Naoya stays ID 19; JJSK Inverse stays ID 119. No automatic conversion of ID 119 is attempted because genuine Inverse users must keep their technique.

IMPORTANT UPGRADE STEP: Replace the old Mollyanna jar on BOTH client and server, restart, then run /mollyanna equip once (or use the Mollyanna technique item). This equips the new ID. Server operators can use /mollyanna equip <player>. Do not leave the old jar installed alongside this version.

Rebalanced's menu, technique-decision, activation and player-sync override handlers now defer to Mollyanna only while this new CT is active. Its resolver also defers Mollyanna technique/skill lookups. Rebalanced behavior for other CTs is retained; JJSK ID 119 remains resolvable. The compatibility code does not require installing Rebalanced or JJSK to use Mollyanna.

Tested on a dedicated Forge 47.4.0 server with JujutsuCraft 50.1, Jujutsu Rebalanced 1.0.4.99995, Almirion Core 1.0.0 and JJSK 4.3 supplied by the user. Graphical client rendering remains untested. See VALIDATION-1.4.1.txt for exact test coverage.

1.4.2 — Physical attacks and Rebalanced keybinds
Restored Attack (0), Knockback Attack (1), and Barrage (2), with the native physical-attack flags and zero base selection cost. The selector cycles through 0, 1, 2, 5, 7, 10, 20; active domains also expose cancellation (21).

With the supplied Jujutsu Rebalanced version installed, open its Skill Keybinds menu (J by default; configurable in Minecraft Controls). All seven Mollyanna moves appear under Mollyanna and can be assigned keys. Press and release use Rebalanced's normal network/executor path. Bind IDs are stable and specific to Mollyanna. Native physical/passive flags are restored before casting and after selection restoration. This integration supplies bindable ability descriptors without re-enabling Rebalanced's conflicting menu overrides. No Rebalanced config edits are required.

Replace the old jar on both client and server and restart. Players already using 1.4.1 keep ID 10019 and do not need to re-equip. When upgrading from 1.4.0 or earlier, run /mollyanna equip once. Rebalanced remains optional; the standard move selector works without it.

Validated with the supplied Rebalanced, JJSK and Almirion Core jars: seven-move cycling, all seven native cast IDs, all seven keybind descriptors and Rebalanced cast validation/press/release dispatch. GUI clicks and graphical rendering were not play-tested.

1.4.3 — NPC support-technique mastery
Mollyanna NPC is registered in JujutsuCraft's can_use_simple_domain, can_use_reverse_cursed_technique and can_use_domain_amplification entity tags. These enable the native shared NPC AI: Simple Domain against domain pressure, RCT when injured and Domain Amplification during relevant defensive/Infinity combat situations. NPCs use entity capabilities and combat AI rather than player advancement grants.

A Mollyanna-only domain decision adds Time Cell Moon Palace (native skill 1920) to the human-Naoya-based AI. It considers casting after 200 combat AI ticks or in response to an enemy domain, uses JujutsuCraft's domain eligibility check (range, burnout, brain damage, allied domains), and starts the native domain cast. It does not interrupt an active skill or Simple Domain. A 600-tick retry interval supplements the native restrictions. Normal Domain Amplification/burnout restrictions can pause Maximum Speed.

Applies to existing and newly spawned Mollyanna NPCs automatically after installing and restarting; no re-equip or new egg is required. Original Naoya is not added to these tags. Player keybind/CT behavior from 1.4.2 is retained.

Validated with the supplied Rebalanced/JJSK/Almirion Core mods: tag membership, native AI Simple Domain activation, native AI RCT activation at low health, native Domain Amplification activation, and NPC response with Time Cell Moon Palace cast. Graphical client visuals were not play-tested.
