Omen Ball animation/effect wiring fix - 1.1.17

Root cause fixed:
- The Omen animation file is loaded by Cobblemon under animation group `omen_ball`, but the ball was using the stock `cobblemon:poke_ball` poser/group. Its custom event timeline therefore was not the animation timeline being played.

Changes:
- Added custom `cobblemon:omen_ball` poser backed by OmenBallModel.
- Omen animation keys now use `animation.omen_ball.*`.
- Omen shut/open transitions use the Omen group.
- Omen midair throw explicitly uses `throw_ace`.
- Bounce, critical, capture and shake state animations use the Omen group.
- Cobblemon can randomly request bob1-bob6; source only authored bob1/2/3/6, so bob4/5 are compatibility aliases with the requested Hisui afterspark.
- Send Out is implemented through Cobblemon's actual `<ball>/battle|casual/sendflash` particle pipeline, using the requested Ultra Ball afterspark effect at time zero.

Requested event map enforced:
Shut 0.5: afterspark @ 0
Bounce 1.0: hisuiafterspark @ 0
Bob1 1.0: hisuiafterspark @ 0
Bob2 1.0: hisuiafterspark @ 0
Bob3 1.0: hisuiafterspark @ 0
Bob6 1.0: hisuiafterspark @ 0
Critical 1.0: afterspark @ 0
Throw Ace 2.0: afterspark @ 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5
Capture 1.625: hisuiafterspark @ 0; capturestar @ 0.0417; hisuiafterspark @ 0.125, 0.25; afterspark @ 0.375, 0.625
Send Out: afterspark/Ultra Ball effect immediately through sendflash
All animation events use locator top_particles where the animation system supports a locator.

The Omen Ball gameplay fix class from 1.1.16 is preserved unchanged.

1.1.18 model fallback correction:
- Restored Omen Ball variation poser to Cobblemon's built-in cobblemon:poke_ball poser (same working model path as 1.1.16).
- Removed the custom Omen poser registration that could resolve to Cobblemon's Substitute fallback model.
- Added an invisible omen_marker bone to the Omen geometry only.
- Added model/state mixins that detect omen_marker and bind the Omen animation group while still using Cobblemon's standard Poké Ball model renderer.
- Omen throw/open/shut idles/transitions and state animations now remain Omen-specific without replacing the actual ball model.
