FarlandsTweaks Core 1.3

- Common and client-side compatibility patches.
- Preserved the client-only SecurityCraft projector fix.
- Contains no dedicated-server-only patches.
- Required on both client and server with matching version.
- Restores the Fossils 9.3.4.0 food mappings for End's Delight 2.6.1 through
stable Forge registry IDs instead of removed registry implementation classes.

[FarlandsTweaks 1.2 client hotfix - GBF/GeckoLib outline overflow]
- Prevents the local player preview in InventoryScreen from entering the glowing/outline render pass.
- Targets Minecraft#shouldEntityAppearGlowing only while InventoryScreen is open and only for the local player.
- World/entity outlines remain unchanged outside the inventory.
- Designed to prevent GeckoLib armor + GeckoBetterFPS from growing OutlineBufferSource BufferBuilder until 32-bit size overflow.
- Keeps the GBF 1.0.2 Fossil animation-mixin compatibility gate intact.
- Directly guards EntityOutlineGenerator vertex emission while InventoryScreen is open as a second safety layer; the normal vertex consumer still renders the model.

[FarlandsTweaks 1.3 - Stellara Compat1]
- Registers Stellara 0.1's SkyboxDataReloadListener on the Forge client-resource reload event,
so Stellara can populate its client sky registry on normal remote multiplayer clients without
requiring Stellara on the dedicated server.
- Mirrors Stellara's stock skybox JSONs into CLIENT_RESOURCES so its original vanilla skyboxes
are available to the client-side reload listener.
- Adds low-priority tag-based skybox compatibility entries for modded aquatic, forest/taiga,
frozen, desert/badlands/savanna, swamp, jungle, plains and mushroom biomes.
- Compatibility entries are restricted to minecraft:overworld and use one-lower weights so
Stellara's original exact-biome entries keep priority on vanilla biomes.
- No dedicated-server rendering code is loaded; the bridge is Dist.CLIENT and reflectively gated
  on modId=stellara.
