Parameters:

citizen - The citizen that owns the Job.

compound - The CompoundTag containing the saved Job data.

Returns:

New Job created from the data, or null.

createViewFrom

Create a job view from the saved network buffer.

Parameters:

colony - the colony.

citizenDataView - the the citizen data view..
