BLOCKFORGED MORE TOOLS — LICENSE AND COPYRIGHT NOTICE
Copyright (c) 2026 Kiyoshibara. All Rights Reserved.

1. Scope and ownership
This notice applies only to original Blockforged More Tools code, artwork,
textures, models, documentation and other project content to the extent that
Kiyoshibara owns the relevant rights. It does not claim ownership of
Minecraft, Blockforged, third-party software, third-party mods, third-party
assets, trademarks, or material that copyright does not protect.

Blockforged More Tools is an addon for Blockforged. This notice does not alter
the license applicable to Blockforged itself, nor does it alter or replace the
licenses or terms applicable to any third-party mod with which Blockforged More
Tools provides compatibility.

Rights not expressly granted in this notice or separately by the rights holder
remain reserved.

2. Installing and playing
You may install and run an authorized copy of Blockforged More Tools as a
Minecraft mod for gameplay, including single-player, multiplayer and use on a
server you operate. For purposes of this notice, an authorized copy is a copy
obtained from an official Blockforged More Tools distribution page or another
source expressly authorized by Kiyoshibara.

You may make the copies reasonably necessary for installation, normal
operation and your own backup. This permission does not transfer ownership of
the mod and does not grant a general right to redistribute its files or reuse
its code or assets.

3. Sharing and modpacks
You may share links to the author's official Blockforged More Tools project
pages.

Modpacks may reference authorized downloads and use distribution-platform
mechanisms that the author has authorized for the mod. Any separate permission
granted by Kiyoshibara through an official distribution platform remains
applicable within the scope of that permission.

This notice does not independently authorize uploading the mod to another
website, creating a download mirror, or including its JAR in a redistributed
modpack, launcher bundle, server archive or similar package. Prior written
permission from Kiyoshibara is required for such distribution unless it is
already covered by a separate permission, an authorized platform mechanism, or
applicable law. Giving credit alone does not replace permission.

4. Code, assets and modified versions
Making source code, compiled files or assets available for viewing does not
place them under an open-source or open-content license.

Except where separately authorized or permitted by applicable law, prior
written permission is required to:

- copy protected Blockforged More Tools code or assets into another project;
- publish or redistribute a modified version, fork or port;
- redistribute the original or modified project under another license; or
- reuse original textures, models, artwork or other protected project assets.

Normal use of the mod's supported configuration options, datapack hooks,
compatibility features and gameplay systems is part of ordinary use of the
mod.

These terms do not claim exclusive rights to general gameplay ideas, material
concepts, recipes as abstract ideas, compatibility concepts, mechanics, or
independently created implementations that do not copy protected Blockforged
More Tools code or assets.

5. Compatibility with third-party mods
Blockforged More Tools may recognize, reference or support items, tags,
registries, APIs or other content supplied by Blockforged or by third-party
mods. Such compatibility does not grant Kiyoshibara ownership of that external
content and does not place that content under this notice.

Likewise, this notice does not restrict rights that a third-party author has
granted under that author's own license. Any third-party component remains
subject to its own applicable terms and license.

6. Sale and other permissions
This notice does not grant permission to sell, sublicense, or charge for the
redistribution of Blockforged More Tools files, code or assets.

This restriction does not by itself prohibit operating a monetized Minecraft
server that uses an authorized copy of Blockforged More Tools, provided that
the mod itself is not being sold, sublicensed, mirrored or redistributed in a
manner not otherwise permitted by this notice, a separate permission, or
applicable law.

Requests for additional permissions should be directed to Kiyoshibara through
an official Blockforged More Tools project page. Permission granted for one
specific use does not grant unrelated rights. Preserve applicable copyright,
license and attribution notices in any copies made under a permission.

7. Third-party components and template code
Minecraft, NeoForge, JEI, Blockforged and other third-party components remain
subject to their own terms and licenses. This notice does not replace,
relicense, or restrict rights granted under those licenses, whether the
components are bundled, referenced, integrated with, or installed separately.

The NeoForged MDK template is covered by its separate MIT license. Where that
template code or notice is present in the project, the full template license
must remain preserved in TEMPLATE_LICENSE.txt. In a packaged Blockforged More
Tools JAR, this notice and the template notice may be included at
META-INF/LICENSE.txt and META-INF/TEMPLATE_LICENSE.txt respectively.

The template's MIT license applies only to material covered by that license and
does not, by itself, license the rest of Blockforged More Tools under MIT.

8. Warranty and rights preserved by law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blockforged More Tools is provided
"as is", without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility,
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To that same extent, Kiyoshibara disclaims liability for damage, data loss,
world corruption, incompatibility, lost profits or other loss arising from use
of the mod.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits rights, remedies, copyright
exceptions, statutory permissions or limitations that applicable law does not
allow to be excluded or limited. This includes any applicable statutory
permission concerning backup, interoperability, inspection, reverse
engineering for lawful interoperability purposes, or other lawful uses.

Separately granted permissions and third-party licenses remain effective within
their own scope.
