Pure NoFog — Minecraft Java Edition 26.3
========================================

Target game version:
  Minecraft Java Edition 26.3

Resource pack format:
  97.1 (min_format [97,1], max_format [97,1])

What this build does:
  - Removes distance fog.
  - Removes environmental fog handled by Minecraft's core fog shader,
    including the normal Overworld/Nether/end-distance fog path.
  - Prevents fog-based fading in core shaders that call
    linear_fog_value(), total_fog_value(), or apply_fog().
  - Leaves render distance itself unchanged. Unrendered chunks are still
    unrendered; this pack only removes fog from rendered content.

Technical design:
  - Overrides only assets/minecraft/shaders/include/fog.glsl.
  - Uses the Minecraft 26.3 shader interface:
      FogEnvironmentalStart / FogEnvironmentalEnd
      FogRenderDistanceStart / FogRenderDistanceEnd
      FogSkyEnd / FogCloudsEnd
      linear_fog_value()
      total_fog_value()
      apply_fog()
      fog_spherical_distance()
      fog_cylindrical_distance()
  - Does NOT replace position.fsh or other core shaders.
  - Does NOT use obsolete overlays from the old build.

Compatibility:
  - Built specifically for vanilla Minecraft Java Edition 26.3.
  - Mods or clients that replace/bypass Minecraft core shaders may ignore
    or conflict with this resource-pack override.
  - Mojang considers core-shader overrides an unsupported internal feature,
    so this pack is intentionally pinned to 26.3 instead of claiming future
    version compatibility.

Installation:
  1. Put PureNoFog_26.3.zip in your resourcepacks folder.
  2. Enable it in Options > Resource Packs.
  3. If another resource pack overrides fog.glsl, place Pure NoFog above it
     in the active pack priority order.
