ETERNAL BLIZZARD CREATURES 0.3.17
Minecraft 1.21.11 / Fabric

Current features:
- Snow Golems spawn naturally on bounded weather-dependent schedules instead of irregular chance streaks.
- Ice Golems use an icy texture, fire icy projectiles and apply Slowness I for one second.
- Surface Ravagers, Slimes and normal Skeletons use the supplied frozen textures.
- Vanilla Strays keep their original skin and can spawn on exposed surfaces in every Overworld biome.
- Snow Creepers use a frozen surface skin, deal reduced blast damage, add Frost and leave ice behind.
- Surface Zombies, Zombie Villagers, Spiders and Iron Golems use snow-themed textures.
- Tree canopies do not disable surface variants; mobs in genuine caves remain Vanilla.
- Yellow Snow Golems replace ordinary Snow Golems at an exact one-percent creation chance.
- This one-percent roll covers block construction, the Vanilla Snow Golem spawn egg and weather-driven natural spawns.
- Yellow Snowballs are throwable by players and dispensers and apply Poison I for 1.5 seconds to living targets.
- Yellow Snow Golems throw the same poisonous projectile and drop only 0-3 Yellow Snowballs.
- Yellow Snow Golems never wear a pumpkin, keeping their custom face visible.
- Daytime Snow Golems remain peaceful; at night they can target nearby Survival players.
- Population caps, bounded spawn schedules and four-second checks limit server cost.
