Quick Usage Guide

REQUIREMENTS
------------
Minecraft 26.2
NeoForge 26.2.0.76 or newer compatible 26.2 build
Java 25

BASIC COMMANDS
--------------
/moddoctor scan <modid>
  Scan one installed mod.

/moddoctor scan
Scan the entire installed modpack. The work is spread across server ticks.

/moddoctor cancel
  Cancel an active full-modpack scan.

/moddoctor openlogs
Open the Mod Doctor report directory on singleplayer/integrated server.
Dedicated servers keep reports on the server filesystem and do not open it.

RESULTS
-------
After a completed single-mod scan in singleplayer, Mod Doctor provides an
"Open results screen" chat link.

After a completed full-modpack scan in singleplayer, Mod Doctor provides an
"Open modpack results" chat link.

REPORTS
-------
Single-mod latest reports:
  logs/moddoctor/latest.txt
  logs/moddoctor/latest.json

Full-modpack latest reports:
  logs/moddoctor/modpack-latest.txt
  logs/moddoctor/modpack-latest.json

Timestamped reports are kept under:
  logs/moddoctor/history/

CONFIGURATION
-------------
NeoForge creates the common config at:
  config/moddoctor-common.toml

disabledRules
Rule IDs that Mod Doctor should skip, for example MD-LOOT-001.

severityOverrides
Override a rule severity using RULE_ID=SEVERITY, for example
  MD-LOOT-001=INFO.

reportStandaloneEmptyTags
When enabled, standalone runtime tags that resolve to zero entries can be
reported as INFO. It is disabled by default to avoid noise from intentionally
  empty tags.

SEVERITY MEANING
----------------
ERROR
Strong evidence of a problem that should be investigated.

WARNING
A suspicious or inconsistent condition that may be intentional.

INFO
Additional diagnostic information. It is not necessarily a problem.

IMPORTANT
---------
Mod Doctor is a read-only diagnostic tool. It does not automatically modify
scanned mods, registries, recipes, resources, or world data.

A warning does not automatically mean that a mod is broken. Review the finding,
evidence, and suggested target before changing your project.
