Where should team applications live?

GuildHub already has a Teams tab. Where should the "Apply to a team" entry point and officer review panel go?

Inside the Teams Tab

An "Apply" button appears on each team view for non-members. Officers see an "Applications" section in that same team's panel. Everything stays in one tab — members apply here, officers review here.

Best for: Keeps context together — you're already looking at the team you want to join

Dedicated "Apply" Tab

A new top-level "Applications" tab in GuildHub. Members see all available teams and can apply. Officers see an inbox of pending applications across all teams in one place.

Best for: Officers who need a central review queue across multiple teams

Recruit Tab Integration

The existing Recruit tab already handles "looking for members" posts. Add team applications there — members browse open spots and apply, officers review responses alongside recruitment posts.
