This is an unofficial backport of the original 1.21 addon to Minecraft 1.20.1
on Forge, for use with MrCrayfish's Backpacked 3.0.x. It is a data/resource-only
addon (no Java code).

Changes made vs. the 1.21 original (to match Backpacked 3.0.9's 1.20.1 schema):
- pack.mcmeta: pack_format 75 -> 15; removed 1.21-only "backpacked_addon" block
  (Backpacked 3.0.9 ignores it).
- Metadata: replaced neoforge.mods.toml + fabric.mod.json with a Forge
  META-INF/mods.toml (modLoader "lowcodefml"), depending on backpacked.
- Added assets/leans_extra_backpacks/backpacked/<name>.json display definitions
  (shelf_offset + display). In 1.21 the display transform lives inside the model;
  in 1.20.1 Backpacked reads it from this separate file. Values copied from the
  original models.
- data .../backpacked/fisherman.json:  formatter fishing_rod_x_of_1 -> craft_x_of_x
- data .../backpacked/swordpack.json:  formatter crafted_x_of_x    -> craft_x_of_x
- data .../backpacked/pirate_king.json: kill_mob field "mob" -> vanilla EntityPredicate
  "entity"; multi-target expressed via new entity_type tag; formatter -> killed_x_of_x
- Added data/leans_extra_backpacks/tags/entity_types/pirate_king_targets.json
  (minecraft:pillager, minecraft:vindicator).
