Obsidian Watch is an all-in-one plugin/mod solution. The local panel starts with the Minecraft server and stays the authority. You should not need a second dashboard process just to run a server.

Future optional global sync

This export is only for the later global server work: sending reviewed local records and receiving trusted global intelligence if the owner chooses. Global will be optional input, not authority. Push/pull are still disabled.
