Animal sound notes

Current primary routing:
- Chicken, garnize and turken use the same Minecraft-style chicken sound family.
- Turkey, pig, sheep, cattle and horse use Minecraft-style native animal sound events for clean, short, non-echoing audio.
- Guinea fowl uses a real guinea hen OGG recording with low volume, short attenuation and longer ambient intervals to avoid layered panic audio.
- Goose, swan, crow and pigeon use dedicated OGG recordings with restrained volume/pitch/distance adjustments.
- Duck and peacock keep their existing complete custom sound packs.
- Horse rear and sprint keep the existing custom project sounds.
