ArPhEx Vehicle Damage Patch 2.9.12

Diabolos headbutt reliability rebuild:

- Preserves the complete native wind-up. Guidance begins only after ArPhEx enters the running section of state 1 (DATA_lunge_time below 570), or while native state 2 is active.
- Supports every Superb Warfare vehicle instead of aircraft only.
- Locks the vehicle selected at the start of the native charge so the boss cannot snap to a second target midway through the attack.
- Leads moving vehicles horizontally with limited turning: 5 degrees/tick at long range, 7 at medium range and 9 at close range.
- Tracks the targeted rider at Y + 1; vehicle base Y + 1 is used only when no valid rider position is available.
- Reduces horizontal speed while the boss is still correcting a large vertical difference, preventing it from passing underneath high aircraft.
- Confirms contact with relative horizontally swept collision plus a strict 2.25-block vertical alignment requirement.
- Keeps the existing one-time 22-point guaranteed vehicle impact, subtracting native damage already observed and using a safe health fallback only if SBW acknowledges onHurt without changing health.
- After contact, continues through the vehicle to a frozen stop point at least 14 blocks beyond the impact, with a limited 3.5-degree/tick correction.
- The overrun follows rider Y vertically but never chases the vehicle horizontally after knockback.
- Stops cleanly beyond the target and holds that stop until the native headbutt state ends.
- Does not select attacks, start attacks, extend attack states or write ArPhEx attack timers.
- Does not modify the Arachnoid or any other Diabolos attack.

Preserved from 2.9.11:
- State-4 duration controller remains disabled.
- Native Diabolos attack selection and timers remain untouched.
- Black-hole, projectile, Spider Moth, tank-damage and reflection-cache behavior remains byte-for-byte unchanged.
