The Flotation Cell is a device that utilizes the hydrophilic or hydrophobic properties of mineral particles to selectively separate minerals from slurry using bubbles.

§lPrimary Flotation§r
The Flotation Cell accepts §3Processed Slurry§r output from a <link;tfc_trihydrate:hydrocyclone;Hydrocyclone;hydrocyclone0> at the lower side.
Add Flotation Agent at the upper back. §1Concentrate Slurry§r is output from the upper front, while §4Tailings Slurry§r is output from the opposite lower side.<np>
§1Concentrate Slurry§r consists of selected minerals attached to the flotation froth and can be output directly to <link;tfc_trihydrate:thickener;Thickener;multiblock>

§4Tailings Slurry§r is the mineral slurry that was not selected and settled at the bottom. It is also valuable and can be sent to another §lFlotation Cell§r for secondary flotation. <np>

§lConcentrate Overflow§r
Unlike traditional machines, the output of §1Concentrate Slurry§r relies on "§2Overflow§r"。

Specifically, only when the total liquid volume inside the flotation cell reaches the §2Overflow Level§r", the Concentrate Slurry inside will gradually transfer to the output slot.<np>

The §2Overflow Level§r is §248000§r mB. The machine can retain a maximum of §212000§r mB of §1Concentrate Slurry§r. Therefore, sufficient minerals are required to initialize the production line.

§m(Actually, you can use a pump to extract liquid from the flotation cell's input tank and then inject water.)§r<np>

§lSecondary Flotation§r
Similar to primary flotation, the Flotation Cell accepts §4Tailing Slurry§r and §5Flotation Agent§r as input, producing §1Concentrate Slurry§r and §4Tailing Slurry§r.

This means that each time §4Tailing Slurry§r undergoes a §2secondary flotation process§r, a certain proportion is converted into §1Concentrate Slurry§r.<np>

Careful calculation of the production line's input/output rate is required.
