Countdown

Parameters:

time - the amount of ticks this timer will run before calling the TimerEndEvent

name - the name of this countdown

interval - the time between ticks in ticks

intervalToSeconds - whether to convert the interval to seconds(essentially interval * 20)

plugin - the plugin that created this countdown instance
