For players with "superior" game knowledge

As you may know, these overworld "ambiences" occur randomly when the player or another specific mob is generating a noise.
these are where some of the sounds come from:

wind - grass stepping
crickets - grass stepping
wolves howling - snow and grass stepping
loud wind - snow and sand stepping
scary monster ambiences - zombies, skeletons, strays, witches, etc
loon calling - salmon, squid swimming
creepy twinkle - witch throwing

so you see, these all occur on their own, and there is no need to /playsound them manually.
however, if you want to access them, but do not wish for the other sounds to play, I added some presets that contain most of the ambiences.

let me choose the cricket sounds.
if you did the following command:

/playsound minecraft:block.grass.step ambient @a ~ ~ ~

you would sometimes play the grass stepping sounds and wind sounds, but sometimes crickets.

if you do not wish to play the other sounds like wind and grass, do this command. you will see some other presets that are useful.

/playsound minecraft:custom.crickets ambient @a ~ ~ ~

another example:

/playsound minecraft:custom.wind ambient @a ~ ~ ~
