A lot of the work was done in the RecipeConts file. It is set up so you add another entry to have the
desired effect.
The arrays are looped over in other files that take each property and pop them into the Kubejs functions.

Recipes for a mod's items are seperated by mod.
Mod that have their own crafting methods have their own folder in the Recipe Folder.
The Intregration folder has general stuff.
Client Scipt's job is mostly to hide items that aren't obtainable to make JEI look more clean.

Joke items: Edible Uranium, OP Beating Stick after beating a stick a billion times

Some stuff I did I did to fix a problem but now I don't remember and can't document it.
Ex: The texture for the flesher for Advance TFC Tech was for some reason scaled down so the only
reason there is a folder for it in assets is to fix that.

If you are looking though this to learn or inspiration, I wish you luck, you have full permission
to rip my code here with no shame. Although, some of this code is kind of scuffed, so proceed with caution.
Advice to help you save time if you have no idea what you are doing:
    * Just retexture the blaze burner, unless you want to make a whole new mod.
    * Use Kubejs, I didn't try craft tweaker but I feel like Kubejs was the more correct choice.
    (Note: Kubejs uses Javascript (.js))
Although the documentation can be lacking for certain things.
    * I would suggest structuring like how I did, I feel like it makes it a lot more organized by
seperating the mods, also it makes it so you don't have to scroll down.
    * Assets work like the assets folder in I think a resource pack.
(Note: / means folders inside. (Folder1)/(Folder in Folder1))
It's structured Mod/texture/block or item/PNGs with the item id
Lang is a bit different but that's more renaming items.
    * Data is like a datapacks
I mostly used it to edit recipes that Kubejs couldn't change.
A lot of mod specfic crafting could only be changed in data.
mod/recipes/ from here it's either loose files or more folders before you get the file.
        (Note: These are .json)
    * Regex lets you look through every item id and then plugs them into the function.
/.*minecraft/ will get every vanilla minecraft item since each id from minecraft
        starts with 'minecraft:"
/.*minecraft.*grass/ will get every item from vanilla minecraft that has grass in its id.
use \ before a / if it's part of the id like 'tfc:metal/ingot/copper' can be
found in /.*tfc:metal\/ingot/ which gets every ingot from TFC.
    * You can use arrays from other files. Very helpful to make it look nice and keep your sanity.
    * I don't know if you have previous code experience, but Javascript is Object Oriented.
This means that the arrays have funtions built in. So instead of a regular for loop,
you can have .forEach at the end, very nice looking.
    * IDK if you know to do this yet, but most mods have a github so go to it and search for
what you want. Whether it be blockstates, recipe file locations, recipe files in general,
it's helpful. Either this or take the mod .java form the mods folder of your instance and
then unzip it with like NanaZip or I think 7zip works too. You can copy the entire data
folder of the mod and then delete what you don't need to change.
This is extreme so I would only do it when you can't bother.

These are the specfic mod items I decided were the standard and so other forms from other mods were removed.
