"raid events" to track:

Start of Raid
End of Raid
  - An addon makes it possible to track who was present for all
    tracked events. Perhaps reimplement that tracking?
Boss Kill
Non-Farm Boss Wipes

On Boss Kill
  => Take raid attendance
  => Take standby attendance (via addon and/or whisper?)
  => leave boss open for receiving loot for X minutes

On Start of Raid
  => Take in-group attendance (all groups)
  => Take standby attendance just in case ppl left

On End of Raid
  => Same as start of raid

Creating a new raid =>
  - Reset status when entering a new raid.
  - Ask to start a new raid when entering a raid zone only.
  - Keep same raid until raid is disbanded.

Activation =>
  - Don't be active when not in a zone but don't reset "raid" until
    raid is disbanded.
  - Don't do any tracking when not active.
