This addon replaces the bracketed names in non-numbered chat and "online"
alerts. Assuming that player "Mainname" has a guilded alt named "Altname",
then instead of

   [Altname] has come online.
   [Guild] [Altname]: hello

you will see

   [Altname (Mainname)] has come online.
   [Guild] [Altname (Mainname)]: hello

1) The name in brackets is still clickable.
2) If you have class colored names, those will still work.
3) This addon tries to adapt to Prat as follows:

   Prat not installed
        -> addon behaves as usual
   Prat's AltNames module not loaded
        -> addon behaves as usual
   Prat's AltNames module loaded but not enabled
        -> addon turns itself off
   Prat's AltNames module loaded and enabled
        -> addon adds its own note-scanning pattern (see below) to Prat's
           builtin list and then turns itself off. Name replacement will
           be done by Prat, but player notes written using this addon's
           pattern will still work.

The list of alts-versus-mains is built by scanning the officer and player
notes of the guild roster, looking for notes matching a special pattern. The
default pattern looks like:

        Alt(Mainname) <-- put this in Altname's note field

The "Alt" part of the pattern is not case-sensitive. There may be space
between "Alt" and "(". The text in parentheses does not actually need to be
the name of a real toon or even a single word; the alt's bracketed name will
be changed regardless. Guild ranks (e.g., specific "alt" ranks) are not used.
There may be other text besides the special pattern in the notes.

If you change the pattern, be careful to distinguish the parentheses used in
the default pattern versus the parentheses REQUIRED to capture pattern text
in Lua. For details, see http://www.lua.org/manual/5.1/manual.html#5.4.1

Officer notes are scanned first and take priority over player notes; this
means that officers may see different replacement text in chat than the rest
of the guild does...
