BadKitty was written from scratch by Anatinus of Gul'dan as a one-stop-shop for Feral debuff watching.

The purpose of BadKitty is to give a DPS Feral a single window to view the durations of his/her buffs and debuffs. Particularly, this also means updating Mangle and Faerie Fire when another Druid refreshes them for you. For a long time, it has bothered me that no addon has been able to at least simulate multiple Mangles being applied to a target. Energy and DPS is wasted whenever a cat has to Mangle if another cat, a bear tank, or even now an Arms warrior, has the debuff up already. With patch 3.0 and the WotLK expansion, Rake, Tiger's Fury, Berserk, and Savage Roar have been added to our list of skills to keep up, making this Mangle shortcoming all the more problematic.

As a warning, Blizzard has made it so addons cannot retrieve information about debuffs on a given target. This addon incorporates a workaround. I take into account abilities being used by other druids and warriors nearby, and watch when debuffs are applied and removed to estimate the time left on Mangle/Trauma. It may not always be correct, but in my experience it's much much better than guessing, or trying to watch 4 different addons to keep all of your precious buffs and debuffs up. For all the debuffs you care about, you should only have to watch BadKitty's frame.

THINGS THAT ARE ON MY FIX LIST:
-Mangle Glyph is ignored
-Multi-target combat is sketchy
-no slash commands
-no options
-Trauma is untested
-it's ugly :(
